Solana Beach Real Estate

Solana Beach is a coastal city located 20 miles north of San Diego.  This six-mile city was incorporated in 1986 and primarily a residential community.  Although located in the heart of the prime growth area of North San Diego County, Solana Beach still offers some undeveloped residential, business and light industrial properties.

Lomas Santa Fe, a golf residential development, is located here and offers homes and condominiums built around beautiful rolling, green fairways.

There are two miles of sandy public beaches for swimming, surfing and fishing.  Condominium complexes and well-kept contemporary single-family homes are available; prices vary.  Solana Beach Elementary District provides elementary education and the San Dieguito Union High School District provides junior high and high school education.  The Del Mar branch of Mira Costa Community College is nearby.
