Priced Accordingly.” You think that won’t raise an eyebrow or two for all the right reasons? Obviously, it lets them know where the Carlsbad property is located, as this is important. It’s not the full address, but it doesn’t need to be either. The claim of “sexiest home in the city” is going to grab attention. People are going to want to see if this bold claim holds true. Of course, some people will be turned off, but far more will be turned on. Telling your potential buyer that the home is “priced accordingly” is a way of showing them value, but also making it clear that people who can’t spend the money, shouldn’t waste your time.
